05What is the difference between purity and net content?
HPLC purity is the share of the peptide signal that is the target sequence. Net peptide content is how much of the powder by mass is actually peptide (the rest is counter-ions, residual water and salts). A vial can be 99% pure and still hold less peptide than the label suggests — which is why it is worth checking both whenever a lab report lists them.
06How are the peptides supplied and stored?
Products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials. For long-term storage keep them at −20 °C; for short-term storage 2–8 °C; protect from light and moisture.
07Do you give dosing or usage guidance?
No. Every product is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. We do not provide dosing, protocols or instructions for use in humans or animals, and we will not answer questions of that kind.
08What is your returns and replacement policy?
If a vial arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it.
